Precision design and machining
Based on the manufacturer’s drawings or on measurements taken on board, we define the exact shaft dimensions and proceed with the machining process. We rectify diameters and machine with a lathe threads, keyways, and tapers to strict tolerances to ensure a perfect fit with the propeller, coupling, and bearings of the propulsion line.

We manufacture shafts for all types of vessels, from leisure craft to large yachts and commercial ships, offering tailored solutions for both water-lubricated and oil-lubricated propulsion lines. Each shaft is manufactured to match exactly the vessel’s design, power and operating conditions, ensuring reliability and maximum precision throughout the entire propulsion line.
Processes and quality control
All our processes meet the national/international standards and the requirements of the main Classification Societies. We apply heat treatments when required and carry out dimensional checks, straightness tests, and concentricity examinations to ensure that each shaft meets the parameters required by the manufacturer and by applicable regulations.
Dynamic balancing and final finishing
We carry out computerised dynamic balancing together with the propeller to ensure optimal, stable, vibration-free performance. The final finish, achieved through rectifying and polishing, ensures optimal contact with bearings, the stern tube seal and supports, as well as an efficient and safe load transmission.
